RENTAL GUIDELINES & REQUIREMENTS

Thank you for your interest in Best Living Enterprises. We take pride in our properties and look forward to working with you. You have the option of submitting your application online or printing the paper version and emailing it.  You can access either one on the website menu.  Applications will not be reviewed until all of the following documents have been submitted.

The following documents must be submitted by the prospective tenant:

 

  • Application – there is no application fee (complete both sides of the printed app)

  • Co-Application – optional, only if necessary

  • Recent Credit Report (within the past 90 days). Submit by email to contact@bestlivingenterprises.com

    •  creditkarma.com is recommended because it is free

  • Background Check – Email a hard copy that can be obtained from your local Sheriff’s Office.

  • Verification Consent Form

 

Submitting your application online: 

 

  • The online application is available on the menu. The background check and credit report will have to be emailed to contact@bestlivingenterprises.com

    • All information submitted online is secure.

  • We will contact you within 2-3 business days after your application is complete to set up a phone meeting if you are selected for the property.

 

If your application is approved, the following fees are required:

 

  • A deposit equivalent to the first month’s rent.

  • Larger deposits are required at times depending upon the applicant’s credit and rental history.

  • The first month’s rent is prorated from the day the lease is signed.

  • After moving out an inspector will analyze the property for damages and compare it to the inspection report from when the tenant first moved in.  If repairs are needed, the cost of repairs will be taken from the security deposit. Tenants will be notified.

 

All leases are for a minimum of one (1) year. We are happy to explore the rent-to-own option if you qualify as a preferred tenant after one year and are interested in doing so.
