We schedule tours for pre-approved applicants only. Complete the Best Living or the Zillow online application in order to get pre-approved. If you meet the income criteria and other requirements, we will schedule a tour for you to view the property.

Application Requirements:
We require the application, co-application (if necessary), verification consent form, copy of your background check, driver's license to verify identity, and credit report from within the last 90 days. We require all adults living in the home to complete the co-application and the background check to have on file.
We do not charge an application fee.
We only accept online applications through the Best Living Enterprises website and Zillow. Go to the menu at the top of this website and click Apply Online to access the primary and co-applicant (if needed) applications. Additional supporting documents are required and can be sent to contact@bestlivingenterprises.com.
We require that your household's income be at least three times the monthly rent.
For those who receive housing assistance, the income required is at least twice the monthly rent.
Criminal background checks can be obtained by calling the Albany Jail, 1302 Evelyn Ave., Albany, GA, (229) 430-6516. It’s best to call first in order to inquire about their process. You will need a valid ID, and cash or a money order of $20. If you live outside of Albany, GA call your local sheriff’s office to inquire about background checks.
All completed applications are evaluated on a first come first serve basis. It will take 2-3 business days to process your application after all materials have been submitted. A completed application consists of the application, co-application (optional), verification consent form, credit report from within the last 90 days, and a copy of your background check. We do accept Housing Assistance as long as you are approved for the amount of the rent. No other special arrangements will be made outside of the housing requirements. Our policy requires that the potential tenant's household income is at least twice the price of the rent.
All application requirements are still expected to be completed.
We do not publicize our inventory out of respect for our tenants who currently reside in the homes. However, we will advertise our properties available for rent on Zillow.

We show our houses by appointment to individuals who are preapproved and complete the application process. When available, interior photos of our homes for rent will be posted on Zillow. Simply type in the address in Zillow.com
All leases are for a minimum of one year.
Yes. After residing in our property for one year, a rent to own opportunity will be offered to you if you are interested and you meet all requirements.
We allow pets in most cases; however, pets are not permitted in our apartments. If approved, a monthly pet fee/per pet will apply to cover any potential damages or wear and tear caused by pets. Please note that we do not accept liability for pets. It is the tenant’s responsibility to secure and care for them.
Yes, we provide lawn care services for our single-family homes on a case-by-case basis and for our multi-unit apartments.
